White label and multi-brand

In production

Many brands. One instance. Their own rules.

Every brand is its own operator on one platform, with its own domain, currencies, countries, languages, licence block, texts and switches. Brands of one owner share a self-exclusion register.

The brand screen of the iGamingX console, with the accent colour, logos and a preview of the player front.

What it does

  • A brand in one step

Creating an operator sets up the brand, a one-time invitation for its administrator, blocked countries, permissions, the incentive policy and a starting catalogue, in one transaction.

  • Look and feel

Accent colour with a legibility check, logos for light and dark backgrounds, favicon and name, applied across the player front.

  • Rules per brand

Domain and aliases, currencies, allowed and blocked countries, languages, time zone, licence block, support contacts and responsible gaming helplines per country.

  • Texts the operator owns

Home modules, sections, menus, pages, SEO, banners, pop-ups and every interface string per language. Regulated sentences are locked, and AI drafts wait for review.

  • Brands under one owner

Brands of the same company share the self-exclusion register: a player excluded at one of them is refused at the others.

  • A checklist before real money

Five steps to go live, with every gate shown in the console. Real money stays blocked until all of them are green.

How operators are kept apart

One instance and one database serve every operator, and every operator table carries its operator id. The application filters each query by the operator of the session, the API key or the request, and provider credentials are stored per operator, encrypted.

Switches per operator

New features arrive switched off and are turned on per operator: permission enforcement, CRM segments and bonuses, the event log and journeys. Each switch is visible in the console.

What a brand does not get

A brand's player site is a deployment of the player front set up by our team, not self-service. Customisation is the accent colour, logos and name rather than a full theme. Each brand holds one licence, and there is no dedicated instance or database per operator.
