What it does

  • An overview that leads with GGR

    NGR, deposits, paid withdrawals and active players, what is waiting (withdrawals, adjustments, KYC), daily and monthly charts, concentration and where first deposits come from.

  • Twelve reports

    Monthly, revenue by vertical, games and providers, sports margin and open risk, balances, bonuses, players, first-⁠deposit funnel, cohorts with LTV, payments, operations and responsible gaming.

  • One formula, versioned

    GGR and NGR are defined once and versioned. Each report runs in one currency and in the operator's time zone, and every metric definition travels with the response.

  • Slice without exposing people

    Filter by country, affiliate, segment, VIP level and device. Groups of fewer than five players are hidden from staff who are not allowed to see players.

  • Exports

    CSV from every report and table, protected against formula injection, and server-⁠side exports of players, transactions, bonuses and KYC cases.

  • In pilot

    Scheduled reports and alerts

    Daily, weekly or monthly summaries, and threshold alerts on GGR, NGR, deposits, withdrawals, sign-⁠ups and first deposits. They send once an email provider is connected.

Details

The arithmetic, in the open

Net stake is the stake minus what is given back on those same bets, such as voids and cancellations. GGR is net stake minus wins. NGR is GGR plus the result of bonus money played, minus the cost of bonuses and cashback and what players were credited outside play.

Casino, sports and other verticals come from the source of each ledger row, so the three add up to GGR to the cent.

What is not there yet

No XLSX export, and the monthly PDF is printed from the browser rather than generated on the server. There is no consolidated report across operators and no currency conversion: every figure stays in its own currency.
