Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the iGamingX platform, APIs, and dashboards by operators ("Customer"). By signing an order form or accessing a production environment, Customer agrees to these terms.

We grant Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, term-limited license to use the platform for their permitted jurisdictions. Customer shall not reverse engineer, resell, or use the platform to operate in jurisdictions where they lack a valid license.

Fees, billing cadence and revenue share are set in the relevant order form. Invoices are due net 30 unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may trigger service suspension.

Service level targets and any service credits are set out in the commercial agreement signed with each operator. No uptime figure is committed here.

iGamingX retains ownership of the platform and all derivative IP. Customer retains ownership of their player data, brand assets, and configurations.

Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, except for breaches of confidentiality, IP infringement, and willful misconduct.

Either party may terminate for material breach uncured after 30 days' notice. On termination, we provide a 90-day data export window before deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tallinn courts unless otherwise agreed in the order form.
