What it does
Bonus templates
Deposit match, reload, no deposit, cashback and custom bonuses, with wagering, contribution by game type, minimum odds for sports, sticky mode, expiry and claim limits.
Terms frozen at grant
The maximum bet and the conversion cap are copied into each grant, so changing a template never changes a bonus a player already holds.
Reward games and draws
Wheel, chest, scratch, pick-a-box and slot rewards, leaderboards, surprise drops, draws and deliveries, each with its own budget.
Missions, streaks and tournaments
Daily, weekly and custom missions, achievements, a seven-day streak calendar and tournaments, shown to players in their account.
Points, VIP and referrals
Points earned on stakes with a shop, VIP grades with a VIP desk and alerts, and player referrals. Manual points above a threshold need a second person.

Details
One gate before any incentive
Every bonus grant, from a claimed offer to a voucher or a grant made by staff, goes through one function under the player's lock. A protected player gets nothing new, and the cashier hides deposit offers from them.
Each operator runs a Balanced or a Strict incentive policy, with Strict as the floor in demanding jurisdictions.
Exactly once
Grants are idempotent by their origin. Each stake is recorded once per bonus and can be reversed exactly, and prize money above the threshold waits for a second person.
What a player has already earned is never lost: if a restriction applies, the money goes to a withdraw-only balance.
What is not there yet
Said plainly, so nobody plans around it.
- A stake counts its full amount towards every active bonus at once.
- Creating a template and granting a bonus by hand need one person, not two.
- Incentive bans per jurisdiction are not modelled beyond allowed countries per template, and payment methods cannot be excluded.
- Free spins run on in-house games only, and there is no dedicated bonus-abuse detection.
